Our journey has been dedicated to understanding and attempting to discover a pathway to resolve the over-arching dilemmas individuals and organizations face in today’s world. We all know the old answers will no longer work. But where do we look for new answers? This has been our quest.
We have developed a passion for learning and for creating this passion in others. If we are to deliver on our promise we must reach through the prevailing cynicism and resignation of our time and kindle within ourselves and those around us a spirit that brings the insight and inventiveness to create the future.

INVENTING A NEW CORPORATE DNA
Every living organism contains a set of instructions, rules and algorithms that tell it what it mostly can and cannot do: DNA. This basic code either contains the information that helps the organism adapt to its changing circumstances or it does not.
In our view, organizations, unlike living species are not genetically encoded. We can find countless examples of organizations that have not successfully adapted to the changing circumstances and have become extinct. They became extinct not because they could not adapt but because they did not adapt.
